On my review plate today is Flat Fee Cams. As you might have guessed from the name, the site features the relatively unique live cam concept of charging its members a flat monthly fee of $14.95 and then offering access to all of their chatrooms and shows for free. No additional credits, tokens, or any kind of money is required. You don't have the ability to take the girls private but if you're someone who finds paying per minute for live shows is way too expensive, Flat Fee Cams offers you the chance to see the same kind of stuff you'd see in private shows for one low monthly fee.
Logging into Flat Fee Cams, the setup is straightforward and simple to navigate. On the main page, you'll see a listing of the site's various cam rooms...these can be sorted alphabetically, by member rating, or by which rooms are currently online with an available camgirl (this is also denoted by a green dot by the cam room's preview pic). What I found out pretty quickly is that the small preview pic provided with each cam room doesn't necessarily denote the girl you'll see in that room at that specific time. They have different camgirls (typically around 4) working the same rooms throughout the day and they vary depending on when you're visiting the site. There's a cam schedule link provided at the top of each room which will tell you which girl will be in that room at what time and you can access the girls' profiles from there as well. The profiles contain stats about the model as well as sample preview pics and videos.
They have around 16 different types of rooms...some have rather cryptic names while others are more clear; they all have a short description at the top of the cam room once you enter it though and this provides you with a better idea of what you can expect to see. Just to give you a brief idea, here are some of the rooms available: Action Cam (couples performing together), Chubby Cam (BBW's), MILF Cam (MILF's, obviously), Lesbo Cam (two girls performing together), Nylon Cam (girls chatting in nylons and thigh highs), Lingerie Cam (girls chatting in sexy lingerie). Then they have several rooms that feature girls from Prague (called, aptly, Prague Girls 1-6) as well as a few rooms labeled Pusta which, if Wikipedia serves me correctly, means they're Hungarian I think (incidentally, pretty much all of the models here are European). Some of the rooms have different backgrounds...bedroom, beach, playroom, "magic" (these are rooms with a moving background provided by a video screen behind the girl so it's looks like they're on the beach, etc.). The sites does a good job at trying to make things fun and unique.
Depending on the room, the action and level of nudity appears to vary. This is often explained in the comment up at the top of each cam room. For example, lingerie girls are labeled as not showing "everything" while in many of the rooms, the girls are indeed naked and/or masturbating most of the time. Of course, you can expect boy-girl action in the couples room but for obvious stamina reasons, this doesn't go on around the clock. I found the rooms labeled Show Girl and Studio Cam to be the best bet for finding consistent action...every time I was on, there was a completely naked girl chatting in one or both of those, usually masturbating with a toy of some kind. It would appear that some of the rooms are guaranteed to have a girl in them 24 hours a day and are labeled with a "24h" notation to indicate such.
A couple of the rooms also offer HD cams and, even cooler, a feature which allows you to switch between five different camera angles placed at various places around the room...these are labeled left, right, above, behind, and front and can give you pretty much any view you prefer. I was impressed with the cam quality here. Even in the non-HD rooms, the cams are clear and look good. In the HD quality rooms, the cam quality is the best I've seen on any live cam site thus far. The "HD View" bumps things up to practically full-screen and the cam quality is still very high with a smooth framerate and very clear video. Nice!
Flat Fee Cams doesn't offer a huge archive of girls...I'd say there are probably around 100-200 total models working for the site but only about 12-16 online at peak times. At non-peak times, the number drops down a bit: I visited once late at night and there were only 3 girls online. Still, there's plenty to see here and I can assure you that the site delivers on its promise of providing private chat quality shows completely for free at all hours of the day. I logged on at multiple times throughout several days and was pretty amazed to see fully naked girls chatting or masturbating for the camera each and every time. I also was able to watch a boy-girl couple show twice (I think these only occur during the day from what I could see) which featured a lengthy blowjob and even a fuck and oral cumshot. This is much more than I've been able to see at regular pay-per-minute sites and it's all included in the membership fee. Fucking great!
The other thing I should mention is that, even though you can't take the girls private, you have them to yourself (or mostly to yourself) anyway. I logged into text chat quite a few times during my visits and I'd say 75% of the time I was the only person in chat. The other times maybe there were one or two others. So, you're essentially getting a private show and chat without having to pay per minute. Really a phenomenal deal.

I really think Flat Fee Cams is a great live cam site and an exceptional deal. For a reasonable $14.95/month membership fee, you receive access to unlimited private chat quality shows 24 hours a day and you won't need to purchase any credits/tokens or spend any extra money to see them. The tradeoff is that you can't take the girls 1-on-1 and have them *completely* to yourself but, as I mentioned in the review, the textual chatrooms typically don't have more than one or two people in them anyway and often I found it was just me and the model (in chat, at least). Essentially, this is the same as a semi-private show that you might pay $3.00-$4.00 per minute for at other live chat sites. Can't beat that. Nearly every time I logged into Flat Fee Cams, I saw at least one "show" going on, whether it be a girl completely naked and spread while chatting, a chick masturbating, or even full-blown boy-girl sex including a blowjob, fuck, and facial. Regardless of whether you're on a budget or not (although these days, who isn't?), Flat Fee Cams is an awesome deal that I highly recommend checking out.
