X Love Cam is a very nice live cam site which features a large archive of super hot European cam girls ready and waiting to get you off. Checking out the site itself, it's got a familiar live cam site look with the online models listed in the middle of the page (each with a preview thumbnail) and various sorting and search options across the top and down the lefhand side. It's free to register an account with X Love Cam so that's the first thing you should do when you arrive at the site. Having an account allows you to take full advantage of the features of the site...for instance, some of the cam girls won't allow you to free chat with them unless you're a registered user.
Once registered and logged in, you can start exploring the site. They've got a nice amount of sorting options here which is always important, especially with a large archive of models like this one. Currently, X Love Cam features over 21,000 total girls with roughly 200-300 of them online at any one time. The menu at the top of the page allows you to view only the online models as well as the entire archive of girls. The lefthand side of the page is where you'll really be able to refine your search. Here you can sort the girls out based on private show price, language, ethnicity, age, eye color, hair color, height, weight, language spoken, whether they have audio, and a listing of various special actions/fetishes the babes feature in their private shows (anal, live orgasm, foot fetish, sex toys, etc.). You can also sort the chicks alphabetically, by member rating, by whether they're new to the site or not, or if they have a high quality cam. Favoriting a model who you like will also allow you to place them first in your model listing if they're online.
The thing I really like about the search/sort features here is that you're able to add various criteria to your search results each time you select a new item...in other words, you can select girls age 18-20 and girls age 40-45 in the same search. Click on hair color (or colors) you're looking for or a range of private show rates and those will be added to your current search. It really helps you narrow things down so you can find the cam girl that's the best fit for you. As I mentioned earlier, most (if not all) of the babes here are non-American. Primarily, they seem to be European with some Latina and Asian chicks mixed in. If the language spoken is an accurate indicator (which it isn't always), there's a preponderance of French girls here as opposed to the Eastern European (Romania, Czech, Latvia, etc.) chicks I normally see on cam sites. So, if you like French girls, have at it! The models do have bio pages and profiles although some seemed buggy to me (for instance, sometimes clicking the link for the model's pic galleries would simply take you back to the online model listing.
The cam interface is pretty typical with the cam girl's webcam feed on the lefthand side of the page and the chat box where you can chat with her textually on the righthand side. You can adjust the volume (many girls have audio, but some do not), screen size, and some of the video options. Of course, there's also a button to take the model private if you so choose. Cam quality overall is typically just average. Some girls are denoted as having HQ cams but I usually didn't see that much of a difference between those and the non-HQ ones. Some do look better than others and they're certainly watchable but the cams here can't compare with the HD cams I've seen on sites like Streamate and Flat Fee Cams.
Private show rates at X Love Cam can be as low as $2.24/minute, which is pretty reasonable nowadays. As I mentioned earlier, one of the sorting options allows you to separate out cam girls that offer certain price ranges for private shows so you can easily find the cheaper girls. The private shows here offer cam-to-cam and you can also use your microphone to talk directly to the cam girls if you so choose. I was able to experience a few private shows while I was doing this review and I enjoyed all of them. The main obstacle was the language barrier...the girls seemed to converse primarily in French and, unlike other cam sites I've reviewed, I seemed to be in the minority (even among the other users) in speaking English. Most have at least a working grasp of English but I wouldn't expect to have an long conversations with the cam girls here (unless you speak French or their native language, of course). Once you go private though, there's not much chatting going on anyhow and the cam girls I took private were more than eager to please. I definitely enjoyed my experience at X Love Cam and I'd recommend checking them out if you're looking for a new live cam site.
