Today I'm checking out Top Cams, a webcam site featuring Eastern European and Asian hotties ready and willing to get naked and naughty for you on live cam. As always, the first thing you should do is sign yourself up for account with the site as you'll need one in order to purchase private shows with the Top Cams cam girls. Signing up is free and it's easy to do; you'll also receive 10 free credits when you register. They also have a Gold Membership option which will run you $42/month...this gets you 50 credits and access to 20 prescheduled, one hour long nude cam shows. Anyhow, once you've registered and logged in, you can start cruising around the site.
On the main page, you'll find a listing of the available models, each with a small preview pic and several info tabs. You can enter the girl's free chat, go directly to private chat, view her bio page and cam gallery (vidcaps), etc. The overall camgirl database contains around 3,350 cam girls but there aren't too many girls online at any one time: between 10 and 25 typically. There really isn't much here in the way of browse features unfortunately. The online chicks are just listed in a column and there's really no way to sort them by age, ethnicity, hair color, boob size, nationality, or anything. I happen to be a big fan of cam sites that allow you to sort and categorize the cam girls as much as possible and Top Cams definitely goes to the other extreme, providing you with really no browse features at all.
Checking out the babes on my own, it looks like there aren't any Americans here...as I mentioned earlier, the girls are either Eastern European, Russian, or Asian (Filipino, typically). They've got some hotties here for sure and some other chicks whom I'd just call average. Checking out the free chat setup, it's a pretty familiar one. The babe's cam stream is at the top of the page with the text chat area below that. A menu across the top of the page provides you with buttons to go private with the girl, check out her hi-res pics (if available), bio, and cam capture galleries. They have two types of shows here: Nude Chat and 1 on 1 Chat. The Nude Chat option gets you a private show with the girl but other users can join in as well. The 1 on 1 option is a private show which is exclusive...in other words, it's between just you and the cam girl. Of course, the 1 on 1's cost more than the regular Nude Chats. Nude Chats are pretty reasonably priced at around 1.99/minute. The exclusive shows will run you $3.79-$3.99/minute.
There aren't a ton of cam features available. Really, just the usual: you can adjust the video screen size (small and large), most of the cam girls offer audio, and I believe cam-to-cam is available as well. The cam quality is variable but overall could use an upgrade. I didn't see any cams that were labeled as "HD" and, indeed, none of them looked high def either. The framerate is typically pretty smooth and I wouldn't say the cam quality is bad...it's just not a standout feature of the site. Most of the cams are about average quality with some girls' cams looking better and some worse.
I was able to check out several private shows while I was visiting the site and had no complaints whatsoever. The girls were agreeable to getting naked and masturbating (as usual, if you have specific requests, you should ask the cam girl about it before going private) and I didn't experience any babes that wanted to waste my time (i.e. fiddle around to drag out the show and increase the drain on my wallet). Like I said earlier, they do have some hot girls here...it'd be cool to see some HD cams added here so we could check them out with even greater clarity.

Top Cams is a pretty standard webcam site which isn't necessarily a bad thing but obviously doesn't make it a standout either. My main complaints were the lack of browse features (there really aren't any) and the cam quality which, although not terrible, could use an upgrade most of the time. The cam girls are generally pretty damn hot and, although I generally prefer American girls to the Euro and Asian offerings here, the chicks still aim to please and I enjoyed the private shows I had here. Plus, the private show rates are pretty reasonable at around $1.99/minute. That's definitely a pretty good rate nowadays. It's free to signup so why not check it out and try out some shows.
